Butterfly Bonnet

This year we raised 14 Monarch butterfly's. On this lucky day we had 4 come out of their chrysalis all within 10-20 minutes of each other. My daughter thought it would be "cool" to give them a ride to screen door before they flew away!

Thanks Karen. My daughter has been very fortunate to see several monarchs emerge! We get so excited each and every time. She has been able to take a few to school so all of her class mates could experience the wonderful transformation. We were busy spread more milkweed seeds this fall...hopefully even more caterpillars next season!
