Wasps Eating Caterpillars

How do I get rid of the wasps that are eating my caterpillars?

Karen says:

It is almost impossible to get rid of the wasps...although one person said to follow the wasp back to its nest (it is often bringing it there to feed the other wasps) and then destroy the nest. But, you would have to be very careful doing this.

My suggestion is that you bring the caterpillar inside and raise the caterpillar. This way you will be "saving the butterflies" (a very small percentage of caterpillars out in the wild actually make it through the life cycle) AND....you get to observe the miracle up close!
