My new little mini garden

by Ginger
(Lawrenceville, NJ)

I had a wonderful group of kids at my church looking for a service project, so I bought the plants and birdbath and they planted for me. (I had back surgery in February, so no lifting for me). This was around an old sandbox that had been left by the last homeowners. I'm putting a few shallow pans in the sand so the butterflies can puddle. I've planted viburnum, butterfly bush, bee balm and another plant I've forgotten the name of! I have a spicebush planted close by, too, so I should see some butterfly activity soon.

Thanks Ginger for sharing your great new butterfly garden. I hope you attract lots of butterflies!
