Monarch Transformation

I took these photos in July of 2009. When one of the caterpillars got fairly large, I brought her inside for the rest of the journey since I had watched so many of them get eaten by birds and other predators.

I fed her milkweed leaves until she decided to pupate on a stick that I put next to the leaves. I tried to take as many photos to document the process as I could, but I missed a few stages so I'll have to do it again :O).
