I have a terrarium with 20 black swallowtail chrysalises and 1 cat that is getting ready to become the chrysalis. What predators can harm the chrysalis during the overwintering stage if kept in a shed? I could put the container in a refrigerator but would rather use the "natural" cold if they'll be safe. I live in southeastern PA.

The shed should work fine. You could cover the aquarium with a mesh screen as protection. Hope this helps.
