I think I need a milkweed that is a kind called Dregea volubilis. It is from Asia. Can you help me find seeds?

The comment is I can't believe how much basic information I don't know! I realize Monarchs are attracted to certain kinds of flowers for nectar but in general, do ALL flowers have nectar?
