Book about Caterpillars

I'm looking for the very best book I can get on identifying caterpillars in all their instars. Most books show only one instar. My main interest is local caterpillars (Ohio) but I'll take whatever I can get.

Do you know where I can get such a book(s)?

You are correct that very few of the books have more than one instar. Below is a wonderful book with beautiful photos of the life cycles of 23 common backyard butterflies. I don't have the book (I need to get it!), but I saw it in the store and am quite sure it has the caterpillars at different stages.
